This addition to the Dickens Village Series was inspired by the life of Charles Dickens himself. When Charles was young, his father had to spend time in the Marshalsea Debtors Prison for bills gone unpaid. These pieces are limited edition and hand-numbered. It illuminates using a standard light cord and a 120V 6W bulb (replacement bulb available separately). It also coordinates beautifully with our "Many Happy Returns" figurine, depicting a Policeman returning a lost kitten to a grateful girl (sold separately ).
